Commercial Water loss

This flooded commercial building was caused by a sprinkler pipe burst

When it's cold water freezes and can cause a lot of water damage if a pipe bursts. In this case water from the sprinkler system went everywhere covering the commercial building in inches of rain.  SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was able to get on site and extract the water, set equipment and cut the damaged walls to prevent secondary damages from occurring. Luckily for these business owners this building was being used as a storage shed at the time of the loss.
